Since having acquired the design and manufacturing data for the range of transformers and wound components previously manufactured by Gardners Transformers of Christchurch, Avon Magnetics have received a lot of interest and subsequent orders for these products.

The entire set of specifications covers the vast majority of products made by Gardners, stemming back some 60 years, however we are able to re-engineer Gardners products using current materials, saving complete redesigns and associated obsolescence costs.

Avon Magnetics is delighted to announce they have gained the globally recognised AS9100 aerospace approval, it follows an intense audit process by their Lloyds Register Quality Approval (LRQA) assessor. The company undertook a full ISO9001:2000 re-certification at the same time.
